You will: Drive continuous improvement methods and philosophies to achieve the quality vision and strategy of ASMPT. Prepare performance reports, manage documentation, and ensure procedural changes are maintained. Chair, document and minute monthly quality meetings involving all key stakeholders.
You will ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards including AS9100 and NADCAP, lead audits internally and externally, and champion lean practices within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
