You will be assisting the Home Manager in the operation of a residential care home.

You will need to have a professional approach with the ability to organise and prioritise, and a good knowledge of relevant codes of practice and legislation.

You will be working as part of a team to deliver high spec apartments on a large high rise site initially taking plots from 1st fix through to completion on a long term build, for a business with an extensive portfolio of future projects and a genuine opportunity to progress your career and training.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
