You will work closely with designers, artists, and engineers to build robust, scalable gameplay systems and mechanics. What we are looking for - Proven experience developing gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5 - Strong C++ and Blueprint experience - Solid understanding of gameplay architecture and performance considerations
You will be a key member of the design team responsible for the design function on live schemes. Managing and co-ordinating the design of a range of projects of varying complexity and value from tender stage through to the completion of construction stage design information.
You must be self-motivated (no supervisor will be peering over your shoulder), possess outstanding problem-solving skills, demonstrate patience and empathy, and be able to work under pressure, handling potentially stressful situations. Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills are a must.
