You will be joined by a team of admin assistants, schedulers, optical assistants, and optometrists, that will support you directly from the office based in Plympton, to operate your business.

You will have the ability to shape your clinics and scheduling directly through your team.

You will be accountable for all residents within the home ensuring that their emotional, physical and social needs are adhered to. Whilst also ensuring that the environment is compliant with the local governing bodies.
