Functions Coordinator jobs in Woking

You will act as a customer focused and proactive first point of contact for Fernox Customers and the External Sales team.

You will be handling of orders from the point of order to stock allocation, dispatch and delivery.

You will be entering customer orders, monitoring delivery in collaboration with the logistics team, processing returns and raising credit notes.

You will take responsibility for the delivery of mechanical designs—particularly air conditioning and ventilation systems—while managing engineers and coordinating closely with project delivery teams.

You will be involved from initial concept through to final installation, ensuring designs are technically robust, commercially viable, and delivered in line with programme requirements.
