You will deliver tailored 1:1 sessions, helping pupils develop confidence, structure, and academic skills through a supportive and engaging approach. A flexible, therapeutic teaching style is often required to re-engage pupils with learning. Tutors will also be expected to complete weekly progress reports to track development and outcomes.

You will also have some course leadership and internal verification responsibilities. - Suitable applicants must possess a relevant Degree or equivalent qualification to at least Level 6, a Teaching Qualification to the required national standards and hold a Level 2 qualification in Mathematics and ITQ or have a willingness to work towards the qualifications in a timely manner.

You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
