You will be responsible for designing, developing and executing sales coaching programs to increase the effectiveness of our global sales teams.

You will partner closely with sales leadership and cross‐functional stakeholders to assess performance gaps, implement targeted development solutions, and coach sales professionals to achieve their full potential.

You will be a qualified professional RMN and have experience of working with people with dementia and/or mental health disorders and be able to manage a caseload under the Care Programme Approach placing the person at the centre of care in a busy but rewarding role. The ability to work in partnership with carers/family members and services in the community is essential.
