You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored sessions that build confidence, develop core skills, and support learners in achieving their Functional Skills qualifications. This role is ideal for an experienced tutor or teacher looking to work flexibly and make a meaningful impact through small-group or 1:1 support.
You will be joining a well established and specialist apprenticeship provider in the Early Years sector.
You will also be required to provide high levels of support to learners and work closely with childcare providers to ensure that training provision meets their business needs.
You will ensure every child feels safe, valued, and happy, their well-being is promoted and their individual needs are met at all times, whilst demonstrating a respect for our policies and procedures and following direction given by your management team and your Trainer/Assessor.
