You will work full time to manage caseloads undertaking initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video or telephone assessments assessing full range of health conditions and disabilities to find out how it impacts the claimant’s day-to-day life creating a comprehensive report.
You will assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.
You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence and team meetings.
You will manage and oversee core administrative processes such as learner onboarding, exam coordination, room and course bookings, eligibility checks, certification workflows, and data compliance.
