Function Manager jobs in Hampton, Richmond upon Thames

You will report directly to the Senior Commercial Manager and the responsibilities will include: Commercial management to drive commercial excellence into project delivery ensuring accuracy of forecasts and protection of fee at all times. Develop and foster relationships with client and subcontractors alike to aide delivery and contract negotiation.

You will also be responsible for line managing a small team of Support Workers.

You will encourage individuals to develop valuable, relevant life skills and experience a wide range of educational, recreational and leisure pursuits.

You will also supervise team members and provide varying levels of support with personal care tasks.
