You will identify and appraise all possible sites for development, working closely with the wider Divisional design, commercial, and construction teams on a day-to-day basis as well as liaising with our specialist in-house Planning experts.
You will have previous land buying experience either as a Land Buyer who is now seeking further progression, or alternatively as a Land Manager seeking a new challenge.
You will have previous experience of buying brownfield sites either for a developer for residential use or other sectors for commercial use (e.g. retail or care) in and around the West Midlands and the East Midlands area.
You will develop and deliver comprehensive course materials, undertake all aspects of learning, teaching and assessment of students and keep up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices.
You will hold a Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable)
