You will be working on complex, bespoke test rigs that operate like “testing robots”, combining hydraulics, electronics, controls, software and mechanical engineering at a very high level.

You will connect remotely on a variety of platforms to clients PC / PLC / SCADA applications and while working with the client, diagnose issues on unfamiliar applications. Complete PC health checks, replace hard drives, backup and restore applications. You are required to survey automation systems and deliver adoption / obsolescence reports, advising clients regards risk and upgrade paths.

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals

You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers
