You will play an essential part in ensuring shipments are booked correctly, documentation is accurate, and customers are updated throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:Arrange and book shipments across road, air, and sea freight. Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of shipping documentation (CMRs, commercial invoices, customs forms).

You will be part of our Freight team of 6-8 Freight coordinators based near the airport at Heathrow, reporting to the Freight Team Manager. We are looking for team-members who are strong in problem-solving and processes to help build out our innovative shipping offer in the art world!

You will be directly involved with all imported goods received into the country of destination.

You will manage and arrange the transportation cycle by air and Ocean ensuring all paperwork is complete and legal. Working hours are Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:30 (30 Minute Break)

You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.
