You will have overall responsibility for the running of the store, focusing on customer experience, colleague development, and delivering commercial growth in line with our 5-year strategy.

You will coach, train and develop colleagues within your store harnessing their strengths and building on development areas.

You will play a key role in supporting young people to build independence, understand their behaviours during difficult moments, and adopt more positive coping strategies – a challenging yet deeply rewarding journey.

You will have opportunities to coach and develop team members within your home.

You will manage client expectations, sit on tender and progress meetings, work closely with design andmercial teams, and ensure each project is carried out to the highest standard and quality, while ensuring safe practices are maintained by your site teams.

You will be able tomute to the office in County Down and travel if required (no overnights).

You will be responsiblefrom concept through to launch with a strategic focus on both long term and short term objectives and direction for the business.

You will have gained significant experience within a similar role and ideally educated to third level within a relavent discsipline.
