You will be a valuable member of the Group FP&A team, supporting the financial planning and analysis of the Group, working closely with high-level stakeholders across the business and other finance team members to help drive decision making across the company. The role will report to the Head of FP&A within the Group Finance function, located at the Group’s Head Office in Crewe, Cheshire.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis to support the organisation's growth and financial success. Reporting directly to the RSIS Finance Director, you will collaborate with various teams across the RSIS, as well as the wider Group, to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
You will act as a key partner to senior leadership, enhancing financial performance through insightful analysis and forecasting. Your responsibilities include leading a developing team, driving process improvements, and fostering stakeholder relationships within the Wealth Planning division.
You will lead a team, ensure accurate financial reports, and enhance the financial control environment while partnering with FP&A. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance.
