You will be responsible for maximising growth and profitability with the store team, marketing and selling storage space whilst ensuring a safe working environment.

You will be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior executives, directors, and BDO’s partners to help our clients achieve their objectives.

You will act as the technical lead on the contracts, advising the Contract Manager on compliance, performance and risk, while working closely with the client to support effective project delivery and continuous improvement.

You will be a technically strong FM professional with healthcare and PFI experience, confident managing people, performance, compliance and budgets.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a large, complex civils and rail infrastructure project, supporting the Project Director and ensuring delivery across safety, cost, programme, quality and environmental performance.
