This role involves implementation and evaluation of seamless dementia and delirium care pathways, ensuring patients receive high standards of care throughout their hospital journey and beyond.

You will work under the direction of the duty Critical Care Consultant to deliver care to patients referred and admitted to the Critical Care unit, participating in the established service framework, including participating in the morning safety huddle and handover the daily Consultant ward rounds.

You will also take ownership of investigating complaints, addressing performance issues, and handling disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism, always in line with Trust policies and procedures. This is a varied and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
