You will manage a diverse caseload of children, covering Child Protection, Child in Need, and sometimes Children within Proceedings.
You will attend to Section 47 enquiries, complete Single Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Parenting assessments.
You will also complete work under the Public Law Outline (PLO) and prepare Court reports and assessments.
You will identify when further intervention is required to protect children within your caseload and take appropriate action. Additionally, you will champion practice improvement by actively participating in the development of processes, procedures, policies, and strategies.
You will manage and assess risk, leveraging your technical authority and deep expertise in social care practice.
