You should be capable of reading & potentially amending designs and be confident in using setting out and surveying equipment such as a Totalstation and GPS.
You will ensure profitability is protected while mitigating risk. This is an office-based role with limited travel required.
You will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Due to the fast-paced environment, strong organisational skills are essential as you could be managing multiple projects at the same time.
You will oversee a small team and ensure works are carried out to the highest standard and that client expectations are met in a timely and budgeted manner.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is progressing within programme and that all stakeholders are kept informed of works.
