You will work collaboratively with health, education, police, and other partner agencies to assess risk, provide timely interventions, and protect those at risk of harm. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and assess referrals from partner agencies and the public. - Undertake safeguarding assessments, risk analysis, and decision-making in line with statutory guidance.
You will be working in a 1 to 1 capacity with students who have very complex emotional and behavioural needs. These students often come from traumatic backgrounds and are disengaged with mainstream education.
You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check VR/(phone number removed) IND-SEN

You will work within a small, caring and enthusiastic team providing short breaks for children with disabilities and complex health needs.
You will support the children to enjoy a mix of exciting leisure activities and encourage appropriate friendships within a group setting, both within a community base and in the wider community.
