You will design and build the systems that identify the signals that matter most for visibility, the retrieval and embedding architecture that feeds the models, the ranking and scoring framework that prioritises actions and the evaluation layer that measures how different LLMs behave across queries, surfaces and contexts.
You will work on modernizing authentication and login experiences across multiple consumer applications, helping drive growth through high-quality user experience, experimentation, and data-driven decision making. This is a collaborative role, working closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
You will work on real production problems rather than research-only work, owning models from first iteration through to live deployment.
You will collaborate closely with other data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps, with the freedom to shape how GenAI and ML are used across the platform.
You will work across a variety of complex analytical problems, owning experimentation end-to-end—even when ideal conditions such as user randomisation or high statistical power are not present.
