You will ensure effective communication and teamwork in both The Engine Shed and The Crib Hut.
You will ensure that all team members have relevant training and development in food hygiene, allergens etc.
You will identify and manage/minimise risk across the food and beverage offer, developing risk assessments as necessary.
You will need a commercial awareness and strong commitment to delivering a quality customer service. A Level 3 or above in Food Safety is desirable and you will need a Level 2 and IOSH or above in Health & Safety.
You will direct and coordinate manufacturing processes to enable a smooth production flow, build daily/weekly/and 7-day production plans that optimise resources, capacity and cost and liaise between departments to ensure excellent customer service.
