You will be responsible for reporting on the College’s Cash Flow and Balance sheets position on a monthly basis.
You will be a key player working across the organisation on capital and revenue projects.
You will be required to proactively address any issues which impact on College’s balance and cash flow as matters arise.
You will ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with principal contractors and clients. A key focus of the role is to maximise operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability across all assigned contracts.
