This may include technically leading small multi-disciplinary teams and therefore the candidate must show an aptitude for directing and coordinating project activities and have strong communication/interpersonal skills.

You will also be responsible for leading a cross-technical team of systems engineers, providing both day-to-day management and strategic technical leadership.
