You will support the Service Delivery Manager with the On time, On cost, On quality delivery of MFTS projects based in RAF Shawbury, RAF Valley and Oxford to ensure aircraft availability in line with the flight plan, other contractual requirements and KPI's.
You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing incoming alerts and supporting data related to equipment. In this role you will be monitoring and diagnosing errors related to the elements of condition monitoring. The findings and diagnostics are communicated to technical helpdesk and field technicians, who proactively provide solutions and recommendations to customers.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to high standards set by the company to ensure road worthiness in a timely manner
You will be qualified and have prior experience in a PSV vehicle workshop environment as a body builder / coach make
You will be a motivated team player, who can work effectively unsupervised and use your own initiative to solve problems.
