You will possess an ability to make robust and accurate decisions to ensure children and families are safe along with an embedded understanding of risk and risk management.
You will enjoy talking to people and have a natural ability to engage with families as the first point of contact from children’s services.
You will be an excellent report writer and able to work to strict deadlines.
You will have an extensive knowledge of current Education legislation and practice (including Working Together, Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025 and the SEND Code of practice) and recent practical experience in an education field (within the last two years).
