You will support in delivering a quality service to clients living in the Havering area.
You will be supported by a dedicated and experienced registered manager along with her team of care coordinators. Please note that all of our positions require an Enhanced DBS check in relation to Adults.
You will be responsible for updating care plans tailored to each individual's needs, supervising other care workers, training, mentoring, and undertaking care assessments. £27,500 minimum, depends on experience
You will work as part of a team both in our dedicated building spaces supporting with activities such as cooking, arts and crafts and boccia, and within the local community supporting trips to go fishing, swimming, sailing and bowling to name a few.
