You will play a key role in shaping practice standards, driving performance, and embedding high-quality decision-making within a fast-paced safeguarding environment.
You will take the lead on high-risk Strategy Meetings on a rotational basis and support the Team Manager with key operational functions including referral “ragging”, allocations, and authorisation of Social Worker assessments.
You should have experience of working with children, young people and their families and be committed to working with families to enhance parenting capacity and improve the life chances of children and young people.
You should be self-motivated, well organised and able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.
You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
You will join a team that specialises in supporting older people and individuals with physical disabilities and which is committed to strengths based, preventative social work, supporting people to live fulfilled lives and to remain as independent as possible.
You will work across three hospital sites in Cardiff: University Hospital of Wales, St David’s Hospital and University Hospital Llandough.
You will promote and enhance the lives of people living with dementia within a residential or nursing placement.
You will work with providers to improve the opportunities for people living with dementia within a placement setting. Additionally, you will provide reports to the Team Manager on visits to placement settings and liaise with other professionals and health colleagues.
You will be a good team player, have excellent communication, organisation skills and IT skills. We are also advertising for Grade Social Workers. Although you are applying for this role we will also consider you for the Grade post and the linked salary should we consider, through the interview process, your skills and experience more suited to that role.
You will be able to show you have excellent skills in assessment and the ability to write concise records and reports.
