You will apply a strengths-based model and person-centred planning in line with the Care Act 2014 to assess needs, promote independence, and coordinate timely, safe transitions from hospital to community settings.
You will be there to ensure that residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care, and you'll help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of different activities.
You will play a vital role in ensuring that your residents are safe, comfortable, and most importantly happy.
You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
You will apply advanced engineering principles and design practices to create optimised mechanical concepts that balance performance, cost, manufacturability, durability, and serviceability. Location: Darlington (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Contract: 6 months (extension expected upon positive evaluation)
You will manage your own diary, book your own appointments and work from home when not out visiting clients.
You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: - Technically competent & able to specify systems & solutions from the simple to complex.
You will have a strong background selling into the agricultural sector.
