You will be supporting individuals who have complex needs - including autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities - helping them thrive in their new homes. We are looking for experienced, patient and upbeat support workers who can bring energy and empathy to daily living, mobility and emotional wellbeing.

You will work closely with other site teams to ensure the smooth running and production of a good-quality biosolids product, which is used to generate green energy and is then recycled back to land.

You will be required to work face-to-face with service users, providing direct support. However, there will be opportunities to work from home for tasks such as recording case notes, attending virtual meetings, and completing training.
You will work directly with individuals who have a range of disabilities, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities/ASD, and physical impairments.
