You will assess the needs of adults and provide appropriate support, collaborate with community resources and natural support networks, and promote independence and resilience. Additionally, you will safeguard individuals at risk of harm and engage in the “what matters” conversation to understand individual needs and preferences.
You will be fully equipped to work from home due to the current situation with visits being minimal and risk assessed. This is a locum role so social workers will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate. Your responsibilities would be: Cover LAC cases Pathway Plans
