You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.
You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
You will lead by example, support your team, and ensure all production targets and customer requirements are met. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate production line staff to ensure efficient workflow - Hands-on packing of fresh produce - Ensure all orders are accurate and daily targets are achieved
You will work closely with colleagues, underwriters and claims teams to deliver a seamless and professional service.
