You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.
You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
You will manage the full policy lifecycle, ensuring customers receive the right coverage at the right price. - Motor Insurance: Handling private car, motorcycle, and van enquiries. - Household Insurance: Managing buildings, contents, and high-value home policies. - Renewals & Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs): Processing policy changes and ensuring retention through excellent service.
