You will be responsible for the overall operational delivery of projects, inclusive of the health and safety, technical, commercial, financial and managerial requirements, from bid, pre-commencement to practical completion. Whilst also, ensuring that profitability is maintained or improved through effective leadership.
You will play a major role under the direction of the Head of Asset Management in formulating the aims and objectives of the Intelligent Asset Key responsibilities include: - To undertake annual Performance Management, setting and agreeing targets linked to the IAM team Improvement Plan priorities with the Head of Asset Management.
You will responsible for leading them on a day to day basis and supporting them to meet the deadlines involved in the HR & Payroll System Replacement Project working closely with Project Officers in IT and HROD.
