You will take full responsibility for project delivery from handover to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to technical and compliance standards. With 70% of work focused on fire systems and 30% on security, you’ll manage a portfolio of live projects at any one time.
You should be comfortable reading technical drawings and specifications, have excellent numerical skills, and be proficient with estimating software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel). Experience with construction estimating tools and CRM systems would be advantageous.
You will plan, design, create, deliver and evaluate prevention interventions and campaigns that are evidence‐led and target the most at‐risk groups in line with the Service delivery plan and prevention team strategies and plans.
You will use data analysis to ensure we target resources in the right locations and with the right people, protecting those most vulnerable and at risk in our communities.
