Financial Controller jobs in West Midlands

You will work closely with the Managing Director to provide commercial insight, support strategic decision-making, and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.

You will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.

You will have operated in a commercially focused finance role, ideally within professional services or a multi-site setting.

You will provide a strong and positive contribution to all areas of business through accurate reporting and identification of areas to improve the efficiency of the companies processes and profitability.

You will ensure effective delivery of financial accounts, statutory reports and efficient ledgers through your established team.

You will play a critical part in maintaining financial control and regulatory compliance while also supporting the strategic development of the business.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least 5 years' experience in a senior financial leadership role within a regulated financial services business.

You will also lead and develop a local finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
