You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.
You will be responsible for producing, scoping, process mapping and integration of functional and technical specification documents. This will be supported by using in-house methods and tools.
You will also need to have excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation and documentation skills.
