You will be responsible for the daily organisation of the community libraries including the delivery of services and activities and ensuring a high level of customer care.
You should also have good IT skills, be able to lift and carry stock, and ideally have an interest in books, films, social media and digital technologies.
You will support daily operations including: Facilities & Compliance - Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations (including fire safety, first aid, incident reporting, and statutory checks). - Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and safely.
