You will also learn on the job how to repair and maintain Ground Source Heat Pumps.
You will also get exposure to a variety of other Renewable Energy systems including MVHR's, and Solar Thermal systems.
You will help them develop coping strategies, improve confidence, and re-engage positively with learning. The role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, both in and outside the classroom environment.
