You will provide maintenance and support for field-based clients, and on-site support for clients IT hardware services.
You will be responsible for all tasks to completed in line with company technical and quality standards and procedures.
You will be expected to train, coach, and support our Junior Field Service Engineers, using your areas of technical expertise and experience.
You must be team oriented and flexible, and actively seek to share information and assist their peers.
You will be cross trained on all products in the company’s product portfolio and service them at customer sites across Central Belt, Scotland. Must have willingness to work on special projects, some of high visibility.
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ laboratory experience with HPLC, GC, GCMS and / or LCMS.
You must have a full UK driving license. - Essential - An ability to work independently and to communicate effectively at all levels with external customers and internal staff.
You must have strong troubleshooting skills and experience fixing or maintaining electrical / mechanical / laboratory equipment.
