You will be a Qualified Legal Executive, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing (commercial experience is a bonus, but not essential).
You will join a globally integrated Banking group acting for banks, funds, asset managers, corporates and public sector clients on sophisticated UK and cross-border matters.
You will bring the following experience to the Real Estate Finance team:- 10+ years' PQE with deep Real Estate Finance experience (lender-side and/or borrower-side) and a strong deal sheet.
You will provide vital secretarial support across residential conveyancing, preparing documentation, managing searches, and liaising with clients and third parties to ensure transactions run smoothly. Working closely with fee earners in other offices and the Head of Department, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the conveyancing team.
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters and contribute to the continued growth of the department. Responsibilities include: - Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance - Managing transactions from instruction to completion - Building and maintaining strong client relationships
You will provide high-quality secretarial support, manage diaries, and prepare documents while ensuring outstanding client service. Ideal candidates will have experience in a legal environment, excellent IT skills, and a typing speed of 65 WPM or more.
