You will be required to conduct need assessments for our service users to plan and create appropriate interventions.
You will be working closely with Station Welfare and Community teams, relevant Local Authorities, Health, other civilian agencies as well as other military organisations and charities.
You will be working in our Family Assessment Centre, supporting parents in developing and improving their parenting skills through teaching, encouragement and the facilitation of change whilst also ensuring children are safe. At the end of the placement you’ll be involved in the assessment and decision making process to see if they are able to return to live in the community.
