You will work with children, young people and their families (including foster carers) with complex and multiple needs, including Child Protection issues in a home visiting role.
You will also work as part of a professional network (including foster carers, social workers, and schools) to advocate for the families' wishes and feelings.
You will use a variety of interventions, tailored to meet the specific needs of each family, which will make a real difference to their lives. Working as part of a Multi-Agency team, you will collaborate with schools and Children's services to ensure a joined-up approach to achieving the best outcomes for families.
