You will help families develop the skills and confidence to meet their own needs and those of their children, working closely with professionals to ensure positive outcomes. We are also looking for Senior Family Support Workers - up to £14.50/hour. Key Responsibilities: Support families in line with placement plans, promoting positive parenting and life skills.

You will be responsible for working with individual pupils or small groups and will support in behaviour management and keeping pupils on task.

You will also supervise at playtime and lunchtime daily. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
