You will be responsible for completing assessments, developing plans, and delivering interventions to support the children allocated to you.

You will work directly with a small workload of families to help them make changes and support them to care for their children. You need to be able to build relationships quickly and work with children and families who may be described as ‘difficult to reach’. Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

You will report to the Events and Partnerships Lead, but will be embedded across the business, and act as the go-to person between events and the marketing team. Your core responsibilities will include: - Managing and hosting webinars, including end-to-end event management - Responsible for delegate liaison – bookings, queries, follow-up – and ensure world-class delegate event experience

You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care, thrive on managing your rota’s to an impeccable standard and take pride in building relationships with your care workers. Additional Information:
