facility services supervisor jobs in Deeside

You will be responsible for the day-to-day building and facilities management of various Extra Care Schemes including all compliance checks and health and safety requirements.

You will assist the Regional Property & Estates Manager and Assets Team in ensuring effective planning, co-ordination, and delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in Extra-Care Schemes for which you are responsible.

You will also take part in the on-call rota (although this may be subject to change depending on the needs of the service). This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to the lives of others, whether thats helping our colleagues grow in confidence or the people we support gain independence so that they meet their goals.

You will be required to oversee a team and ensure that the project is delivered on time. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in structural steel and Supervision/management and have the ability to deal with people of all levels during site meetings.
