You will be a member of the Clear Voice Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and act as a bridge between MH group finance and subsidiary finance team, coordinating financial strategy, budgeting and investment.
You will contribute to business planning, forecasting, and commercial decision-making to align subsidiary financial goals with wider group strategic objectives.
You will report to the Facilities and Support Services Manager, who will line manage the role. Working 15 hours each week, either 2 shifts of 7.5 hours or 3 shifts of 5 hours. You may be required to work a one weekend day a few times per year. You may be asked to support the duty manager as part of your shift.
