You will lead the Facilities Engineering and Utilities Maintenance teams, working closely with Operations, EHS, Engineering, and external contractors to deliver a robust, legally compliant, and cost-effective facilities and maintenance strategy.

You will play a vital role in ensuring safe operations, regulatory compliance, and resilient facilities that underpin the success of the entire business.

You must live on patch which is Merseyside, Lancashire (not Manchester) and Cheshire. A proven track record of exceeding KPIs and sales targets. Experience with sales into the public sector is a plus. A desire to use CRM systems to improve efficiency. You're a confident, ambitious, and adaptable team player with a strong sense of integrity.

You will lead on H&S policy and procedure writing, helping with all H&S matters and ensuring fullpliance with the latest H&S legislation and regulations. The position will initially be available on a 6-month contract basis, based full time in our UK HQ in Liverpool, with occasional travel to other sites in the UK as required.
