You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships, ensuring a gold plated service, and identifying opportunities to develop the contracts. Our client delivers IFM services across high end work space and highly prestigious landmark buildings.
You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the sites, ensuring services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with contractual expectations. The position includes direct line management of three team members, alongside responsibility for coordinating specialist subcontractors.
You will bring:Proven experience in a senior Facilities Management role (Senior FM / Operations Manager / Associate Director)Strong line management experience with the ability to lead and motivate teamsExperience within commercial office environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA passion for delivering a 5★, customer-focused FM service
You will lead supplier relationships, manage cost-saving initiatives, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver effective procurement solutions. Key Responsibilities:Lead strategic sourcing for FM services, managing RFPs, negotiations, and savings targets.
You will have experience of managing FM and Maintenance for a fast-paced, multi-site business, ideally QSR / Restaurants.
You will take ownership of the 3rd party suppliers across property maintenance, engineering, cleaning and on occasion for refurbishment / construction too.
