You will be working within a small friendly team of staff providing the best support to adults with learning disabilities. We need you to be flexible, willing to learn and to provide the best service to an individual with a disability to live their lives to the full.
You will be part of a specialist multidisciplinary team and therapy department within the hospital who will provide intensive input to service users developing individualised care programmes to prepare service users for successful step down to the acute wards. The principles of coproduction and Values Based Practice are key to the delivery of the service.
You must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom or meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
You will be asked to capture an image of the relevant documents as well as a "selfie" using your smartphone/tablet (if available) for facial matching.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
