You will support young people and families who have greater vulnerabilities and ervan needs.
You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supervising a team of practitioners during overnight duties, both during the week, and at weekends.
You will also be entitled to 8 Bank Holidays, 2 additional statutory Bank Holidays, and have the option to buy additional leave each year.

You will care for your client on a Home Visit basis, where you will have the opportunity to work oneto one in a calm environment that feels secure for them.
You will need to be flexible, having the ability to adapt to your surroundings and support family members while demonstrating the ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
You will have the opportunity to support individuals with the wide range of activities that they enjoy, including going to the gym, to the beach and on days out.
You will be reliable and dependable, as consistency allows our service users to feel safe.
You should also have a positive outlook on life and a fun personality.
